Since 1998, Rob has dedicated himself to helping improve his clients’ lives through disciplined planning and investment strategies. He brings a high level of focus and commitment to his professional practice, traits honed during his active duty as a U.S. Air Force Staff Sergeant in Operation Desert Storm. His military background instilled a strong work ethic and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Rob focuses on helping clients with retirement planning and income challenges. His capacity to listen, understand and respond to his clients’ financial needs is another unique competence, first developed while working on the communications systems for Minute Man III nuclear missile systems and F-16 avionics training.
Rob is proud of the fact that many of his current clients are the same people who trusted him with their financial futures when he first opened his practice back in 1998. This trust has allowed him to serve the needs of many of their children and grandchildren.
In addition to his military training, Rob attended Saratoga Community College, the University of North Dakota, and the University of Houston. He continued his education by completing the Chartered Financial Consultant program through American College.
Strongly committed to giving back to his community, Rob offers his time to charitable and nonprofit organizations. He was the president of the Rotary Club of Tigard for 2015-2016 and was awarded the Rotarian of the Year for 2011 and 2013 by the Tigard club, where he also serves on the board of directors.
An avid outdoorsman, Rob enjoys competing in triathlons and other multi-sport endurance events. He also enjoys snow skiing and cycling. Although Rob had to have heart surgery in April 2019, he didn’t let this set him back as he was able to start running and cycling within a couple of months. This event has given him the perspective to appreciate each day and continue to make a difference in the lives of his loved ones. When not enjoying outdoor sports, Rob finds a way to make it back to Italy a few times a year to visit his parents. He is married to Mary Alice; they have a son, Gabe.
