Brian earned his degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from the Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon. He enriched his academic experience by studying abroad in Australia and later traveled extensively through Central America and Southeast Asia, which ignited his passion for travel—a passion he shares with many of his clients.
Born and raised in Lake Oswego, Brian started his financial practice in the community he knows and loves with Pacific Capital Resource Group and Raymond James. When his two sons, Sebastian and Julian, were born, Brian and his wife Kristina acted on their planning dreams. They moved the family to Bend, Oregon to provide their children with an ideal environment for elementary school and ease of access to skiing after work and school.
He works with his clients by designing investment plans that match their financial plans. He believes investments perfectly coordinated with a good financial plan can unlock dreams that might not have been pursued otherwise. “When I sit down with a client, I evaluate where they are, and where they want to be and help show them how they can get there,” he says. Whether a client wants to travel the world, retire early, or sell their business, he helps create investment strategies that align with their financial plans to achieve their biggest aspirations. “Life is a puzzle, and we want to help solve it.”
Brian is an advocate for the Surfrider Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving the world’s oceans, waves, and beaches. He enjoys riding waves anyway possible. Whether it is surfing, kiteboarding, wakesurfing or foiling river swells and ocean swells. He has the mindset of a waterman, navigating ocean and river perils is what he does during his free time, he brings this approach of risk mitigation and enjoyment maximization to his clients. He hopes to pass this knowledge and dedication to his two sons Sebastian and Julian.
